Vintage Navy Blue Netting Hat

Vintage - Pre-owned and Stored. Needs cleaning and shaping, but nothing terrible. It does have rust spots from a pinned on price tag. Navy Blue Circle Crown Piece with Netting Overlay and Tufts of Velvet with a Velvet Bow. Good condition overall, but she's been sitting in the bottom of a hat box for several decades. Priced accordingly.
