Vintage Nautical Sailboat Skirt from the 80s by J.G. Hook

This darling vintage sailboat print cotton skirt ties at the waist and is 25 inches in length. Wrap skirt with pleats. There is a pull-through strap that creates the belt/tie which also gives a little wiggle room for size which is marked at size 8. Fun for summer and a nice natural fiber of cotton for comfort. In great condition.
