Vintage Nautical Cape Cod Short Sleeve Womens 80’s Small

Vintage, made in USA top. Nautical look with the red, white and blue. I am not sure if this 80’s or 70’s. A light mark on the front and pointing on photo, and then some pulling on the waist band. Would look so cute with some shorts this summer. Small.
