This is likely vintage Native American due to the use of the spelled out "sterling" rather than the newer and more universal .925 mark. Oval measures just under 2.5" from outer edge to outer edge and 2" from inside edge to inside edge. Opening is 1.25". Width is just under .50". My wrist is 6" and this is a good fit with a bit of room to spare. Recommend this for wrists of 6" to 6.5" for comfort.
