Vintage Naruto Shippuden cosplay Tshirt anime expo early 2000s

Originally purchased at anime expo 2007 I think It’s genuinely not clear to me if this is a kids shirt or adult shirt, but I wore it as an adult. Appears to be official merchandise. Worn and loved, but plenty of life left, tiny faint stain on orange part in front (see pics). High quality embroidery on the front and back. No size listed, but I believe it is either a kids XL or an adult S. Measures 16 inches from armpit to armpit laid flat.
