This is a classic vintage Napier brooch featuring a gold plated wreath covered in glossy black enamel and encrusted with brilliant clear rhinestones.  Hallmarks: Napier Length: 1 3/8 Inches; Width: 1 3/8 Inches All measurements are approximate.
