Vintage Nany Blue Merrythought Handmade English Clan Bear with tags

This is, a hard-to-find Merrythought Clan Bear distributed by Tide Rider. I believe he's from the 1990's. He wears a tartan hat and scarf, not sure which model. There are 6 names on the tag but I can't find any info on google for this color bear. He is made of extremely soft dark navy blue plush. He has his original labels and tags, although the tags are creased. He is firmly stuffed and is five-way jointed. He is 14 inches tall and weighs 14 ounces. He is in excellent used condition.
