These, outstanding color for 2019, pants are a knit . The vintage genie top also featured in this listing, but actually for sale in another listing, go perfect together. I believe these make such a cute outfit. Pants Waist measures 12 1/2 inch flat unstretched. Length on the side is 44 inch from the top of the waistband. Very good condition.
