Amazing Vintage Naeem Kahn Riazee Lillie Rubin Beaded Blue Silk Dress Size tag just says petite Stunning neckline! Has shoulder pads sewn in Pure silk, made in India Very heavy Measurements: PTP - 13” Waist - 12” Hip - 15” Length - 35” 5 layers make the skirt nice and full This dress is definitely in vintage condition, it looks like it was a bit too small for someone who wore it. The side seams are pulled/damaged. There are a few spots where the beading is missing, but all of the beaded flowers look great! The fabric around the zipper is discolored. I wish this fit me!! Would be AMAZING for prom!
