This is a vintage Coach NYC Embassy Tote in Burgundy. Coach style number: 5090. This is a substantial, heavy leather briefcase. Beautiful craftsmanship. Some scratches and wear present. I have not tried to clean or condition yet so I imagine she would be great with a little TLC! The main compartment of the bag has a Talon zipper closure. Within the main compartment are two slip pockets that remind me of a great place for post-it notes. There are exterior slip pockets on each side for paper or other items you would like easy access to. This briefcase/tote is in overall good vintage condition. Burgundy is a hard color to photograph. The lighter photos are of the same bag and true color is a dark, rich purple. Heaviest wear is on double handles but they are still functional. There is also a small section near the end of the zipper pull that has a puncture to the leather (pictured). Thankfully, this does not affect the items within the bag. No hang tag.
