Vintage, NWT , S.L. Petites floral long dress size 8

Vintage, new with tags, S.L. Petites floral long dress size 8. Stretchy. Has shoulder pads that can be cut out, if desired. Made in USA. Material is 55% acetate and 45% rayon. Length is about 48 inches, waist is about 29 inches BUT is elastic and stretches, and armpit to armpit is about 19 inches but stretches. Thank you for your interest. I appreciate it! (F1) 4/4/24
