Vintage NWT Long Skirt Small

Never worn Feiner Fashions cool vintage skirt from the 60’s still has Abraham & Straus tag on it. Has buttons that open down front & 4 small clasp buttons at waist. Tag says Petite but is long so I’m listing as a small, please see measurements. Material feels like a light wool, says acrylic on tag. Approx 40” long & 12.5” across waist.
