Vintage -NWT- Floral Midi dress

Never worn before, it’s been locked in my grandmothers basement since the 90s. Very lightweight and flowy. Shorter in the front & longer in the back. Haven’t been able to find any details on this brand, it seems they’ve just disappeared. Size runs small. Could fit a small or a medium since it’s stretchy.
