Vintage NWOT Torrid geometric balloon blouse top shirt 14 /16 sz 1

This is a super cute cold shoulder blouse from Torrid. the black stretchy part on the bottom gathers on your hips giving the geometric part that balloon look. It's hard to visualize on the mannequin it's on. You can adjust the black stretchy part to be as hi as you want as shown in the pics. If you are curvy this top won't disappoint!!!
