Vintage NEW 90s Hooters Clearwater Florida Cropped Tank Top Size Small

Small white tank with iconic Hooters logo in orange. Made in USA. Amazing piece, a staple of America that will soon be lost forever. This is new but was cropped. I imagine they just cropped them when they got them and gave them to the girls like that. Tag shows that it’s new, normally it would be folded & faded.
