This Vintage Signed NAPIER © is on the back. The adorable DOG pin is very detailed. The cropped tail and wavy coat looks to be a Cocker Spaniel or Brittany Spaniel. The is a lot of detail on the body of the dog, and details on the feet. This Statement Brooch DOG Pin with little wear on the pin stem on the back. The is in good condition.
