Vintage, Music Box, Teddy Bear in Nursery, Rotates

Circa 1980's. Pretty, muted colors on this music box. 7 1/2" x 4 1/2". Not sure of the song. I tried and tried to identify it, but no luck. The turn pad was made off center, so tilts a little when it rotates. Please see all pics. Non-smoking home.
