Vintage Mushroom Flowers Ladybug Felt Belt Sash Corset

Very Cool this Vintage Handmade Belt, Sash, Corset? I’m not exactly sure what this is. 3 Hooks on each side but they don’t connect. If you tie a strong lace this can make a unique corset style belt. Felt with Appliqués of Flowers, Mushroom and Ladybug with Crisscross Stitch Border. A little over 2.5” Wide and 26.5” Long. Interesting Piece to Repurpose in some creative way.
