Vintage “Mr.Blackwell” 70’s fringe peach dress with shawl

Mr.Blackwell 70’s fringe peach dress with shawl. Rare find and in great condition for age. See measurements as this was most likely a custom dress. I would guess around an approximate size 4. Zips up back with hook and eye closure. Hook could use some reinforcement. Small mark on shawl-see image. All over fringe and no snags. Such a cool rare and one of a kind vintage dress. Mr. Blackwell (1922 – 2008) was born in Brooklyn, NY as Richard Selzer. He had an early career as child actor ‘Richard Ellis’. Mr Blackwell was better known for his annual ‘Worst Dressed’ lists than his own clothing line. The lists were started in 1960s, and were accompanied with biting commentary on each listee’s style.
