Vintage Mr. Jules dark green wool feather hat

Okay vintage condition. One of the feathers in missing, and I think another is damaged. There is a bit of a light spot on the front inside of the brim (last photo). A small worn spot on brim (12) and head (9). The worn spots don’t go all the way through. This hat doesn't fit on my head - the interior circumference around the grosgrain ribbon band is 22". Vintage Mr. Jules creation dark green wool (I think!) felt hat with matching band and feather details. The back is tacked up in place. There is staining on the tag. About 5" tall. No trades.
