Saks Fifth Avenue sheared lamb brown coat with collar. Full lining. Side slits and hidden pockets. Excellent vintage condition. See photos for some wear at bottom lining. Large-XL Mouton fur (North America) or beaver lamb (UK) is sheepskin which has been processed to resemble beaver or seal fur (mouton is French for "sheep"). Mouton is considered to be a “politically” correct fur because it is lambskin whose hair has been straightened, chemically treated, and thermally set to produce a moisture-repellent finish that looks like beaver fur.
