This helmet came way of a Arizona Estate I have been working on. Yes 5he previous owner was a Veteran. The design doesn't feel like a decal but is flat appears to be painted on. The size marked is Large and model U-70. The mfg was Tung kuang light Industry Co. The date shown is Feb. 2012. There is a chin strap to hold it on. Overall this piece is in nice condition. The front eye shield has some scratches but may buff out. There are some surface scratches but still has good life. This piece shows Veterans support.
