Vintage Moroccan Berber hinged bangle bracelet with pin

Heavy silver with decorative panels and what looks to be left over enameling in a blue color. The bracelet has flower-like marking on the interior that is hard to see with the eye but more visible through a loupe. It is in good vintage condition.
