Vintage Moncler Puffer Jacket Size 5

I’ve had this jacket for over 18yrs, so is it safe to say it’s vintage at this point?… Loved this jacket but it’s time to move on… It needs a new zipper (any tailor can do that easy), has a tiny rip where the metallic rooster used to be (it got snagged a couple years back & fell off) & it’s missing the last button loop. Very minor, non distinguishable flaws but check the last couple of photos for reference. I’ll entertain anything reasonable but not in a rush to sell it
