Vintage Modiano floral blouse, size 16

Modiano pretty floral top in red, green, black, brown and tan. Vintage to late 1980’s to early 1990’s based on the size of the shoulder pads. The sizing is vintage too. It’s labeled size 16, but the measurements are significantly different from other garments also in that size. The top is not a full button front. There are three Henley-style buttons. 100% rayon Hand wash cold All measurements are approximate and are taken while the garment is laid flat.
