Vintage Modern Navy Boat-neck Tulle Dress Coat

It reminded me of Audrey Hepburn when I bought it in the boutique on Seattle's Capitol Hill. It's too small for me now (built more muscle than the size will allow), and I'm so sad to let it go. Has a few loose threads but they almost suit it as a retro inspired piece. Didn't cut them for fear of ruining anything. I'll leave the option to you.
