100% cotton with white slip. Made in USA. This vintage mod dress was purchased at a designer thrift store w/ missing tie for the upper neck — I used a large brown ribbon when I wore it once to an art opening. A thick nautical type rope would be fun too! Super awesome dress; got lots of compliments. Thanks for looking ~
