Mitzi handbags were so popular in the 1970s and 1980s, but then the company just disappeared. An internet search shows that Mitzi International Handbags and Accessories still holds the trademark, along with several others, but sadly the company no longer appears to be in business. These bags were designed in the USA and created offshore to keep them affordable. Vinyl lining and straps, snap closure, and inside zipper pocket. The bag features two inside pockets -- one with a zip closure for security and one with a snap closure for easy access. Excellent vintage condition. Rich hues of gold, magenta, green and dusty rose make up the floral tapestry pattern. Preloved, and in excellent vintage condition. Thirteen inches wide by 10 inches high with a 12 inch strap drop.
