Vintage Mitsukoski OS Blue Velvet Coat

This coat does not have a size for a fabric content tag. It snaps and buttons in the front and has a pocket on the inside of the coat. There is a small tear on the inside of the coat on one of the seams. It has dolman sleeves. The bust is 40”, sleeves 15” and it is 32” long. The color is absolutely gorgeous. It is in great condition.
