Vintage Miss Elliette California black Fringe tank dress. Tag has been cut so doesn't show size but it is small, 4-6. Bust measures approximately 34" and dress from shoulder to hem above the fringe is 37" long to the sides. Hem is higher in front and lower in back. There is fringe front and back at top and bottom.

@bleboutique there is no green, it is all black. there is some stretch, yes and I'm sorry about the form, I don't have a mannequin and I'm much too large to try it on
