Vintage Mirrored Brass Vanity Tray

Vintage detailed mirror vanity tray with tiny "legs". I believe the metal is brass. Roughly 18 1/4" x 12 1/2". Outer ornate design has no bending or breaks. Considering it's age, the mirror is in great condition with minor light scratches visible at an angle and a couple tiny black spots showing through. Legs are all in tact. Purplish velvet backing has peeling, fading and marks. Is probably an antique, knowing my mom. She put all her perfume bottles on it on her bureau, which I remember going back to the 1970's.
