Vintage Minx Mode Cocktail Party Prom Dress / Rockabilly Bombshell Pin Up Dress

Absolute wow dress. Color is hard to photograph, but it’s pretty much a raspberry red. It has a square neckline, and then a flared skirt. Underneath the skirt is kind of a stiff interfacing which acts as a crinoline. In front the skirt has two pleated jabot like drape accents with soustache and beading. The bodice is fitted and has shelf front with a deep plunge. There are a couple of loose stitches keeping the shelf in place. It looks like something Marilyn Monroe would’ve worn. Dress is an excellent vintage condition overall except for a couple of very faint line marks that do not distract. I took close-up and you can hardly see them. Metal zipper on the side. Dresses small - perhaps extra small by today’s standards. Please check pictures for measurements.
