Vintage Mint Green Polkadot Party Dress

DESCRIPTION Incredible true vintage dress in mint green with flocked swiss dot. Featuring a boatneck neckline, rouged waistband, full gathered skirt and long back sash for a self tie bow. Fully lined and slightly sheer. This dress may have been a juniors item as there are no darts and no zippers, clasps or openings. Or possibly just a homemade or custom dress, as there are no tags. MEASUREMENTS LABEL SIZE: None BUST: 34” WAIST: 31” HIP: Free All measurements are measured flat and doubled. FABRIC Chiffon BRASS TACKS No tags or markings. There is a large rip on the lining in the center of the dress (see photos). Hardly noticeable while wearing. One end of the sash has decent shredding while the other end is slightly starting to tear (see photos). Any easy fix with shortening each end of the sashes. Some small snags on sash (see photos).
