Vintage Mini Monogram tie lapel pin

Vintage Mini Monogram tie lapel pin it is very tiny at approximately only 3/8" tall and 1/4" wide. Initials look to be MPC, and it is set in a silver toned metal. The mark on the back says JL, but I don't see a silver mark. The pin has a small ring on the back to be worn on a necklace maybe. Photos taken in natural light.
