One of a kind two piece outfit. Brand is Millenium New York and size is Large (though it fits like a medium). Brown and blue design, slinky, stretchy nylon/lycra material. Top is crop. Bottoms flare. Connecting seam of elastic band on pants could use a few stitches. Elastic band pants measure 13.5” across waist. Inseam: 30” Outseam: 39.5”
