Vintage Milbrook Girls School Uniform Plaid Skirt

Amazing vintage uniform skirt from Millwork in a pleated green plaid with double button closure and large safety pin. There is no fabric or size tag, but it is tiny—a size 0 or 00. Please check measurements. You could make it fit a large waist by moving the button and only using one instead of both. Measurements are approximate and taken when laid flat.
