shover Have you had it checked by reputable jeweler ? It doesn’t look like Mikimoto stamp.

rootsnrelics @shover I can send a message to you with clearer pictures. It is Mikimoto and I did take it to a local jeweler friend of mine. They are Akoya pearls and the necklace is hand-knotted. Dated to around the 80s. My grandmother bought it in Chinatown, SF.
