90's Vintage (purchased by me in the 90's) 100% cotton Easy tie waist This skirt is in excellent, vintage, pre-owned condition. The fabric is sturdy, clean, and there no stains. All of the stitching at the waist and hemline are in excellent condition! There are side slits of about 4 1/2 inches on each side-- the stitching at the top of each slit is ever-so-slightly frayed upon very close inspection. I would be happy to provide a photo if you are interested. The size is tagged Medium The waist measurement laying flat is about 16 1/2 inches.
