Tan & White High Neck Dot Midi Dress Sz Large Elastic waist. Cap sleeves. Pockets. Belt loops are sewn on and could be removed if not wanted. Could be worn "backwards" as well with buttons in front in my opinion. Reminiscent of Julia Roberts' dress in Pretty Woman. Brand is ZXQJ Woman. Tag reads Large but please see below measurements for best fit.
