Rare and gorgeous vintage find in good used condition! Midcentury 1940-1950 corduroy dress by Penney’s Brentwood Frocks. This color is bold and bright! A vibrant blue, almost torquoise type color. The corduroy adds a bit of weight to the dress, but it’s still super comfortable— could easily be transitioned from cold to warmer weather! Dress is about midi length, with button up feature and an adorable belt with delicate buckle, and features some pleating. It’s pretty straight it cut, but the belt could accentuate the waist a bit! I think this would be great for a casual or daytime look, as well as a cute spin on office wear! Overall in good used condition, with a few spots of piling and some discoloration on the interior collar. Size tag is 12, which is equivalent to about a modern size 6, give or take— please request measurements if you’re unsure!
