Vintage Mid-Century Pattern Skirt with Ruffle Hem Size L

Thrifted this gorgeous mini/knee length mid-century modern skirt with a ruffle edge a while ago and ready to find it a new home! It’s a stretchy material that can be worn as a mini skirt or knee length whether you roll the waist band or wear as shown. The waistband is elastic and stretchy for comfort. Marked size L and seems to fit true to size. For reference, bought when I was a size 10-12 and now wear 14-16 and it still fits
