balticqueen @calendar_girl Hi, have had a lot of tragedy this past year with my family, but getting through. I am not happy either. Posh used to be my part time job, but not anymore. I’m lucky if I make $100-$200 a month between my 2 sites. The other one better. All that I have got from auctions for clothes anyway is junk. No $$ to be made here anymore, plus I don’t want to pay part of the persons shipping. Why should I?

balticqueen @calendar_girl You will do better than me because you have so much more stock. I’m not putting any more $ into fancy poly mailers, cellophane bags, beautiful stickers, good tissue, packing paper, TU cards, ribbon and tulle, for a $6 item that was supposed to be bundled. I am wasting$, and then I’m doing more buying than selling. I think I will get a regular job.

calendar_girl @balticqueen I agree 100%!!! So dissapointed though after all the time and effort it took to get my closet to where I wanted. For those of us selling vintage, buyers here don't have a clue of value/comps. I've been doing this for 30+years and I refuse to give away my treasures for pennies of what they are worth. I know the economy factors in, but when you sell to the "Wal**rt: mentality you will never recover. FACT!

balticqueen @calendar_girl Yes Walmart mentality for sure. All my really nice vintage Jewelry I sold several years ago, and I don’t come across such pieces lately. A friend of Mind gave me all this high ended vintage and antique jewelry several years ago. They were his grandmother’s pieces. I sold the pieces for $25–$30. No wonder they went so quickly. Some of them worth double or triple. I really have to get rid of things, so I’m donating.

balticqueen @calendar_girl No one really seems to buy clothes on here. Not mine any, so I have been deleting, deleting and the costume jewelry, people still want for free. Going to get rid of that too. I’m so Dissapointed in PM. I see people sell their things in the auction for half price. I don’t know how they do that. I have always priced my things too low. My daughter told me that I did as well.
