Vintage Microsoft Serial-Mouse Port Compatible 2.0 Computer Mouse Part #58264. Absolutely beautiful condition. It appears to have never been used judging by the appearance of the ball compartment. Unfortunately I don’t have an adapter to test if the mouse works or not. I would make an educated guess that it does based off the pristine condition though.
