Vintage Micro Mosaic Octagonal Brooch Italy This brooch features a black flowers. In excellent condition with minor loss of plating and some patina on the reverse. No missing tiles, it is a beautiful colorful brooch with a wonderful array of flowers against a black tile background. The design is fashioned from tiny hand cut and hand arranged glass tiles. Estimated to date from the 1950s. It is marked "Made in Italy". Closes with a standard pin mechanism with rotating safety. It measures 1 3/4 inches (45mm) wide by 1 5/16 of an inch (33MM) tall.
