Vintage Mickey Mouse clock

So cute but it needs some tlc! Turns on and makes a noise. Pendulum attempts to swing. There’s a piece I have no idea where it goes. Back is cardboard which has been removed and replaced. Hopefully you can revive this cutie! Some small dot staining on paper Mickey and scratches to clock plastic cover.
