crystalis12 Hello, I hope all is well. This bracelet is beautiful and it was a gift for my mother. However, she just did an acid test on a scrape of the metal and it’s not “sterling” as promised. It didn’t come out as sterling silver and we are both disappointed about this. What can I do to return or resolve this issue? Thank you

anjrea @crystalis12 oh no! I don’t test anything at all. That’s why I always make that known in my listings. I was told it was sterling! I’m so sorry! Would it make it right if you kept it and I refunded you? Once I figure out how to do that..lol again, I truly am sorry. I had no idea.
