Vintage Mexican Silver Brooch Pin

This lovely vintage pin with a Pre-Columbian design is about 2” in diameter. It is inlaid with abalone shell and a black material. The metal is NOT silver and does not contain any silver. It is a metal alloy developed to look like silver called alpaca silver. The back of the piece is stamped Alpaca and Mexico. Probably a 70’s piece. Needs cleaning. We recommend Weiman Silver Wipes.
