Vintage Mexican Feathercraft Art Decorative Basket Tray

SPECTACULAR Vintage 1940s 50s Mexican Handmade Painted & Applied Feathers Tropical Bird TRAY - painted and with applied feathers on wood under glass and with woven rattan frame vintage from the 1950s Mid Century Modern Materials: glass, feathers, paint, paper, Rattan, wood A lovely featherart piece under glass made into a serving or decorative tray with a basket frame. This beautiful piece is a collectible, and made by a Mexican artisan, circa 1950’s. This elaborate art is of green, blue, purple, and yellow feathers, and the hand painted on black contrasting paper and encased under glass, and signed by the artist. The art is 9” x 5”, and the total size with the woven frame is 13” x 8” and 1-1/2” high. In great vintage condition, no chips, or loose weaves. The woven material is in good condition, sits nice and flat.
