Vintage Metal Fan Painted Dangle Earrings

I'm not really sure what to call these but they are really neat! They appear to be brass discs in the shape of a fan, or maybe UFO? Three suspected with chains on each earring- with the metal toned green, yellow, and red. There appears to be some paint loss, showing more brass underneath. Grimy. But overall, pretty cool looking in their distressed shape. Pretty large with a total drop of about 3" and measuring about 1-1/2" wide. Not marked.
