Vintage Merona black floral 90s Y2K skirt

A cute little skirt to add to your closet. I love the color palette, because it can used in multiple seasons. It is a stretchy waist, and while it flat lay it can stretch to about 21 inches wide. I think this could fit multiple sizes, but that is just my opinion. The label is a size medium, but again check measurements.
